At Filexia, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or excessive wear.

• The products must be returned with all accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and original packaging.

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.

• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Sale or promotional items are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged for an item of equal value.

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:
